Re-opening for appointments!
We are excited to again be scheduling appointments. In accordance with the Public Health Order from the Utah Department of Health Executive Director’s office we are taking measures to ensure public safety including patient safety as well as staff. Effective April 28 we are following these protocol to our best ability until further notice...
All staff will wear a mask when within 6 ft of anyone and we ask all patients and individuals accompanying them to also wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose.
No more than one individual to accompany each patient.
No congregating in or near the facility including waiting room and/or hallways. We have spread the schedule out so there shouldn’t be any need to wait to be seated in your exam room.
Social distancing...please do your best to maintain 6 ft distances
No toys or magazines in the waiting room.
If a patient or immediate family member is experiencing a fever or any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 we will postpone the appointment.
All exams rooms and equipment are properly sanitized as well as frequently touched surfaces.
We will ask anyone who tries on glasses to first wash their hands with soap and water and place all frames that have been tried on into a tray so they can be carefully and properly cleansed.
